The are every, ugly mars people are invading earth.

I was on the scene when the madness began.

I was going for a walk when i heard lasers.

That is when i saw them they were UGLY and it then it said"ggjedjsdhfhwgfhryrerhdjddjrgejeejejedfudje".

Which i took to mean that it needed a tooth brush until it grabbed me and tried to eat me.

I then grabbed his laser and turned it to giant hot dog setting and turned the marshin in to a giant hot dog.

I Then shot the rest of the aliens and they became giant hot dogs.

I then went home and had giant hot dogs for diner and after i watched a movie

The next morning i got the laser i niked from the alien and went to work.

On the way i put the laser on the giant ice cream setting and shot a alien and ate him as he was a ice cream.

An alien invasion from mars is like nothing you have ever seen. The people from Mars look so weird with there long faces big black eyes and the skin color what ever they call there skin. Some aliens come in different shapes and size like that movie Alien vs Predator wow such a good movie..... carry on some are ugly looking creatures. I think if those aliens came to earth i would be pretty scared for a boy. but if i turned in to one of those predators i think that would be pretty awesome.

Alien invasion from Mars

I am Freya Aldridge and I am here reporting live about an invasion from Mars. A couple of days ago on New Year’s Eve we had an unexpected visit from these weird creatures from Mars. They landed in their U.F.O in Burnside Park at 12:00 midnight. They woke some people up but many were already celebrating the New Year and witnessed the invasion.

Soon after they had landed many people came down to see the creatures from Mars. When the police came they couldn't identify them so they had to get in some scientists who had been studying aliens. As soon as the scientists arrived they called the aliens AFM (which stands for Aliens from Mars) as they did not know what species they were.

When the AFM's finally emerged out of there U.F.O the police went and welcomed them. It was very hard to communicate as they did not speak any English, but the Scientists were able to communicate a little bit by sign language. The aliens were green and slimy. When we knew what they were saying, they made their point very clear. They were down here to see what Christchurch was like. They also came for the New Year’s Eve celebration. Then they were going to go back to Mars and there alien prime minister was going to pay for them to stay here if they liked it.

The next day we took them to town and played Laser Strike and also showed them Science Alive. Then we took them for lunch to try a burger and some fries (which they thought was delicious it even made one of the AFM's burp).Then we took them back to their U.F.O to rest. They were returning to Mars the following morning so we had hoped that we had shown them enough to want to return to our city.

When they went back to Mars they got their alien prime minister to give them some money to be able to return to earth and experience human life for awhile.They would return offen to Mars to visit their family and friends. We really enjoy having the Aliens here and now they are even speaking English and are running their own businesses.

Alien Invasion.

An Alien invasion could be the most horrifying thing that could happen to anyone but hopefully aliens are not real but if there was suppose to be any alien invasion my question is..., what would you do? Well i certainly know what i would do, i would run all around the place. Well anyway if u haven"t watch any alien movies well you could always try watching an alien movie well i know one its called "Aliens vs Predators" its pretty cool its a story about alien having war with predators. One of the most common plot devices in the science fiction genre is that of aliens with superior technology invading the earth and attempting to either subjugate or destroy mankind. It's generally assumed that aliens who can find their way to earth from their crazy outer space domain will possess ships and weaponry vastly better than our own. The aliens then turn these weapons on an unsuspecting humanity and quickly overwhelm mankind's militaries and governments, leaving our nations in ruins and leaving us at the mercy of the aliens. Then, improbably, the humans (or in rare cases some other force) turn the tide against the aliens and ultimately defeat the threat from outer space.

Alien Invasion!!

Hi I'm Emma Bennett and I'm reporting to you about THE ALIEN INVASION!! This is TOP SECRET and may disturb younger kids! On October the 4th a Couple was walking alongside on a full moon at night, just minding there own business. Then its stuck! The couple told me that there was a bunch of weird looking light in the sky all different colours, also a flying object was circling them.

 We have the couple right here talking to us about this very scary event. "There were all there bright lights and a word made out of stars saying WE ARE COMING. Then there was a very bright light coming from the object." said the lady. Now the man will talk to you about it." Then i finally figured out that it was and alien invasion! Anyway, the bright light over us was so bright that we couldn't see. Then we begin to float into mid air, we didn't no how but we just did!

"Then we landed on the aliens spaceship. They were trying to communicate to us but everyone know I don't speak alianese!! Then we ran. They were trying to catch us but we were to fast! Then i got my cellphone out and phoned the police.At first they didn't believe me but then they was the mother ship sawing across the night sky. We were stuck in the mother ship with no place to go, but then i found a window opened.  Then we jumped. Then we landed very quickly. The mother ship went out of control  and crashed!" Well, that was the true story of a couple getting kidnapped by aliens!!

At first it felt all funny like we were flying threw time and space I spinned around and around till I felt sick.I relised that I was all by my self.It felt frezzing and cold like I was at the Antartic,I became hot,sticky and sweaty like i was stuck on the sun but worst.A flock of penguins were sliding and disapeared threw a wall.I finally landed on to thick, bumby marble ground.I caught a glimps of the forgin aliens eating on the human race.

I ran for my life back to were I landed, jumping high but nothing seamed to work.I sat down and started to cry,I fell into a deep sleep.I woke up and i was strapped to a table then horrible one came out,the leader of them all.my shirt was stripped open and I fainted.I woke up with the camera boy bashing them with the camera,he untied me and we ran like we had never ran before,I tripped and fell face first.I tried to move but I felt paralised.the camera boy said "were going to make it".He lifted me off the ground and started to run,there were two buttons,one that said do not touch another that said touch,he pushed a button and we flew threw a wall at the speed of light.We crashed into a caravan.

Aching we stould up and looked at the camera ,it had everything on it,the alien fight,the flying everything that was impossible was on this camera.

Little Green Blobs!!

On the 27th of September a unusual investigation has been reported to the police at 2:45am by a women and her baby. She said that she was disturb in a peaceful dream by a sound coming from outside. The sound was loud like an elephant screaming on top of their trunk and had wake up her baby in sleep. The police said it must be some teenager trying to disturb people at this time but the women insist that the police should go and check. When the police arrive, they didn't see anything at first but as soon as they turn around there was huge blast of light shining. One of the Police mens stand there shocked and blinded while others went closer at the gleaming object. And thats when the discovered the this city has visitors from outer space. The space ship/ Aircraft was huge like it can fit the whole city and every building in it. And it also seem harmless. Suddenly the doors open as everyone froze. A green blob head popped out after one and another intill the whole ship door was fulled with little green blobs and a language thats nobody understands. Police now secures the place in privacy and have called the armies to help too. Only scientists are allowed to go in. But the press is luckily enough to get a pichure of the blobs. But the question is...What does the green blob want from us???

Mars

On the 25th of march 2005 people started to vanish. Police investigated these mysterious cases only to find a note in each of the disappeared people apartments. Each note had a foreign language on them saying something like this "beep-u beep-o beep-bot. Now the 30th of march 2011 one of the missing people have been found trying to break into their old apartment. I John McLaughlin caught up with them and this is what they told me. It all began like this on march 25th I woke up and got ready for work. My job if you are wondering was cleaning for countdown. When I got home there was a green lump on my bed then next thing you know wham i get hit and fall to the ground unconscious. When I woke up I had a massive headache. I looked around the room I was in. There was nothing unusual apart from a 3ft walking green lump in front of me trying to talk. It sounded like this Hel-bo wha-bo is-bo you-bo nam-bo I replied my name is Samuel. The green lump which I guessed was an alien left the room. The next day another alien came in a gave me some puzzles to do. Once i had finished them they gave me more to do only stopping to eat. At the end of the day they took the puzzles away and told me to sleep I guessed i'd be doing this for awhile. I was correct 6 years I had to solve puzzles that got harder and harder then 5 days ago that sent me back to earth I don't know why they just did. I think they got bored of watching me solve puzzles. Katie's trip to mars

Hello my name is Sophie Austen and I work as a reporter for the press .

A very serious crime has been committed so if you know anyone that could be involved in the crime could you please let us know.Now I will tell you the crime and how it happened. For privacy and safety reasons we can not tell you the names of the offender or the victim .

So let me tell you about the victim,lets call her Katie, She was walking home from school when a creepy little green man saw her walking and picked her up, surprisingly he was so strong that he could pick Katie up. Then he put some magic mars man dust on Katie and she suddenly got very small until she was so small that she could fit in the mans green back pack. Katie screamed and screamed but nobody could hear her.

Once she was out of the bag she looked around wondering where she was, then another alien told her that she was in mars and that she had to find three magic swords on planet earth or she would die within three days. Consequently when she got back to earth she went straight to the police. When the three days were up she was gone and nobody has seen her since this event .

In 2020 there is going to be a Mars invasion It will start in New York then it will finsh at New Zealand. when it will happen its going to light the moon up and the aliens will come to take over. The aliens have ships shaped like stars aming at the countrys that are gonna blow up. The sky is turning green because of pollution i think that will effect the aliens. I would like to say on 2020 november 1 stay in ur homes and lock the doors. The army dont think its gonna happen but the navi thinks it will. they think hes right about the pollution in the air so there getting ready to fight the aliens. Martian Discovery

Here is story on how I made site with a actual martian. I'm on mars over 100 degrees burning hot but all I see is a one eyed creature staring at me bleep blob was all he said and here is more information.

Right in front of me was a scary thing even more than boys.It was a tiny martian and the it went from one to one hundred of them did you know that martians can duplicate fast in a milli second fast.Well I finally Got in contact with my discovery partner Denail and he knew how to communicate with them he really should have gone instead of me lucky the martians knew how celphones worked so he told him that we were not there to destroy their planet we just wanted to make a documenty about their life.So the Martian thought Denail made sense now they spoke English they only said bleep blob to freaky me out .So I asked Paul the martian what him and his friends ate he answered they like crocodile brains witches fingers and cat biscuits he offed me a witch finger and i hesitated.So he ate mine instead.Paul also introduced me to his sisters and brother named Billy jean,Billy Anne,Billy Cee,Billy Etta,billy Ella and just billy their brother, I'm surprised that Paul wasn't a billy .I also asked why they lived in this heat?He said they don't like the cold because it freezes them to death and what do u use as shelters I asked .A house we are very like you but u have 2 eyes and don't pee out of your finger I really didn't need to know that though.and finally I went but they didn't want me to leave so I ran .

My time with the martians was fun but at the end of the day I really wanted to get home and hope this was not a dream I wish can go back again one day and visit Paul and his billy brothers and sisters but for now I'm fine living in earth.

MARS ATTACKS

Aliens from Mars are attacking earth.  There next strike will be on Canterbury on the 30th March 2011. People say that the aliens have massive guns and nuclear bombs, that will take out towns or even countries. They also say that the Aliens are attacking because of the deadly fumes coming from earth and its space junk.

The aliens say that they will stop when we clear out all of the space junk, stop the fumes and give them 200 free space crafts.  They will also leave if there leader is taken to his death and killed. Or we on earth could just kill all of the aliens that have landed here. Before their next attack we should bring out our weapons and bombs and take them by surprise when they are not looking.   That’s what some say others just run for there lives.

Personally I think that we should kill the brutes/aliens.

How to cook a rack of lamb

you will need:
1. a rack of lamb
2. skillet (if you do not have a skillet you can use a frying pan)
3. salt and pepper
4. 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
5. 2 tbsp of chopped parsely
6. 1/2 of a cup of bread crumbs

Method:

preheat the oven to 190 C mix bread crumbs with chopped parsely then season the rack of lamb with the salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the skillet/pan and quickly sear the lamb on both sides for 2 mins. remove from the skillet/pan and cover with dijon mustard then coat with the bread crumbs then place the rack of lamb back in the skillet/pan and then put it in the oven for 20 mins then take it out of the oven and let it rest for ten mins before serving it.

When you are use the electricity you don't need hassle by control the fire power so the electric rice cookers are spread fast.

How it works the heater is in the bottom of the electric rice cooker put the rices and water in it and time passes some water disappear and the temperature is higher and excess the period time then the switch is turn off and it make the rices by automatic temperature controller.

Look at the electric rice cooker's development, from the can just cooking rice cooker  passes to the cooked by general rice cooker and then put the rices on the keeping warm rice cooker(it can just keeping warm)and the electric rice cooker is development in 1980.

Trees grow by producing cells everyday and every time.

Acre trees grow by two ways the first way is producing cells and the second one is when its a wet day. The roots of the trees gets wet. The trees will change in seasons... like if its winter the leaves of the trees will fall off, The leaves will change every month or season. In spring trees will have quite a few leaves in it. In summer trees will have a group of leaves which means it will have leaves everywhere.

Trees are like a larger version of a stick. Trees is what makes oxygen and what makes us live. No trees die they would either die because of insects or diseases the oldest tree age would be near 4,000 to 5,000 years.
 There could be 20,000 trees all around the world the United States has one of the largest trees treasuries. The largest groups of trees will be in Amazon Basin amounting yo 81.5 million Acre trees.

Arbor day was first observed in Nebraska. In that state is now the worlds largest forest planted by over 200,000 Acre trees.

On 22nd February, it was lunchtime. Suddenly earthquake!

The children were running and yelling.Some teathers came out, said "Go to the field!" so the children were running to the field. Mr.Barr checked room12 children. Most children cried and cried....
Later, some parents came and took the chileren.But my homestay family were not coming yet.so Jo and me waiting for homestay.

Finally,my homestay father came so Sophie(McCartin),Jo and me can go home.We arrived at home.Hannah(Host-sister),Jo and me went upstairs. Suddenly another big earthquake! my homestay father went upstairs checked Hannah,Jo and me.Homestay mother said,"Everyone go downstairs!"so we went downstairs. Sophie was cried.

My first time earthquake. It's big one.it was 6.3.

how to bake a cake

Step 1: Cake Baking Basics

For proper proportions, shape and texture, always use pans of the exact size called for in your recipe. A cake baked in a pan that is too large will be pale, flat and shrunken. A cake baked in too small or too shallow a pan will bulge over and lose its shape. Layer pans should be at least 1 1/2 inches deep; square or oblong, 2 inches deep; pound or loaf, more than 2 inches deep.

Shiny metal pans are preferred for cake baking because they reflect heat away from the cake and produce a light brown, tender crust. Heatproof glass pans are alsso acceptable; if you use them, however, be sure to set the oven temperature 25 degrees lower than specified in the recipe (but still bake for the same amount of time). Do not use darkened metal or enamel pans.1

Never fill cake pans more than half full. If you are using an oddly shaped pan, measure the capacity of the pan by filling it with water, and then measure the water and use only half that amount of batter. Keep in mind that it is okay if you are left with extra cake batter, as you can always use it for cupcakes.

Step 2: Basic Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable shortening or butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (use the real thing instead of the artificial version for the best flavor)
2 fresh eggs
2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
Directions:

Cream the shortening and the sugar until the mixture develops a light consistency (if you are using an electric mixer, set it at medium speed).2 Next, add the vanilla and the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a separate bowl, sift the flour and the baking powder together. Now add these dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, a small amount at a time, and alternate with the milk. Beat after each addition.

Preheat your oven for 10 minutes.3 Bake the cake in 2 greased and floured 9x1 1/2 inch round pans at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from the pans. Allow the cake to cool completely, and then you are ready to move on to the frosting.4

The earthquake

The 22th February on Tuesday the earthquake happened.

The 22/2 morning my feels bad and sickness.

The earthquake happened on 12:51.

Then I was in school, before the earthquake happened,

I was running on the playground with my cousin.

And ground is shaking with shaking sounds.

Everyone was surprised.

Every students all stayed in hall

Every students waiting for their parents.

Some students are cries.

I was waited for my aunt.

And I was stayed with my friends.

On 3:10 my aunt came to school hall.

So we went home.

But it was traffic jam.

This earthquake happened is 6.3.

Many people dead and many people scared.

In Christchurch many building and road are broken.

It was sad and it was frighten experience.

I hope now not earthquakes in here.

How a Guitar works. By Freya

A Guitar is a musical instrument. They can come in many different sizes and colours. They are a suitable musical instrument that can be played from about 5 years old upwards. There are many different parts to a guitar.

Some of the main parts to a guitar are the Head, Tuners, Nut, Finger board, Position marks, Frets, Sound hole, Adjustable bridge, End pin and the Neck. These are shown on the picture.

There are 6 strings on a guitar. The names of the strings in order from top to bottom are the E, A, D, G, B and finlly E which is at the bottom. I remember this by Every Afternoon Dads Gas Barbeque Explodes.

You can tune the strings by twisting the tuners at the top of the guitar (called the neck). In the middle of the guitar is a hole which makes the sound project out loud. To play a tune, strum the guitar with your fingers or a pick. So then with a little practise you will be able to play a song or even make up your own.

So now you know how to make a guitar work. Did you know the first guitar was invented in 1779 by Gaetano Vinaccia.

Nuclear power plant

The nuclear power plant stands on the border between humanity's greatest hopes and its deepest fears for the future.

Atomic energy offers a clean energy alternative that frees us from the shackles of fossil fuel dependence. On the other, it summons images of disaster like the Japanese power plants belching radioactive steam.

But what happens inside a nuclear power plant to bring such marvel and misery into being? Imagine following a volt of electricity back through the wall socket, all the way through miles of power lines to the nuclear reactor that generated it. You'd encounter the generator that produces the spark and the turbine that turns it. Next, you'd find the jet of steam that turns the turbine and finally the radioactive uranium bundle that heats water into steam. Welcome to the nuclear reactor core.

Photo frames have edges that can be made from wood,metal,plastic.

The edges can have lots of different Decorations like feathers mosaic shapes and pant.

The middle is made of clear glass so you can look at the photo.

But you can get the glass in different colours

The back is made of card board so you can take it out and put the photo inside.

Some photo frames are now digital so they show lots of photos.

But if their was a blackout it would be no use.

So photo frames are good to keep photos safe.So use them wisely

A dish washer is a very useful thing because it can clean dishes .It is very useful if you are a busy person because it only takes about ten minuets to load a dish washer

Dish washers also come in a variety of colours and sizes so if you want your dish washer to fit into a small area you can just buy a smaller dish washer they are also very handy if you have a family and you want to spend more time with them.

If you would like to earn some pocket money you can tell your mum or dad that you will do the dishes each week for a certain amount of money then simply put the dishes in the dish washer and empty them in the morning.

A dish washer also has allot of space so if you have your grandparents or friends over for dinner all of your dishes will be able to fit in one load.this is why dish washers are good if you would like to buy a dish washer you can get them from places like smiths city or Harvey Norman.

How i Tv works

The Television or TV has a remote which is a device to switch channels and you can watch movies and play games on your TV as well.

A channel is a diffrent program that has many different shows on it. Some shows are Family Guy and South Park, which you watch on TV2 and Channel FOUR.

If u have sky you can watch up to 500 channels or more in different countries. Sky can show you weather, cartoon, sport, news, games, movies, documentaries, radio, music, comedy, action, horror and ads. Deaf people can have words on the bottom of the TV screen.

there are also ads that go before and after shows.

How a newspaper works...

A newspaper is very useful because it's got all the latest news, sports news and business news. Its is also very useful to find out what movies are on and lots of bargains.


A newspaper has a series of information that's been on the news. It has all the latest news that you need to know like the weather sports and world.
 On the front  page is always the most interesting news like "Survivors pledge to stay in Christchurch."  Its also useful for finding a job.

There are many different types of Newspapers like The Press, The Star. There are also fashion and food newspapers. You can also get junk mail which has what you can get from the supermarkets like Countdown and Fresh Choice.
The most popular paper is The press because its got more info and the the others.


The newspaper also shows you what is going on all over the world. It also tells you what the weather will be all over New Zealand.
It tells you if the prices if the supermarkets and petrol stations will go up more money. Normally at the back of the newspaper is the weather. It tells you the weather in new Zealand and some of the world too.
I think the newspaper is very handy because its very cheap, you can take it anywhere and it gives you lots of information from all over the world!

How a bicyicle works

Bikes are very good for traveling.

Bikes are used for riding on roads.It is a foam of transport.You can go to places on them,like school,parks,shops,houses. Bikes have different parts- handlebars are for moving the bike left and right and straight.and you use brakes to stopt the bike and you pull the brakes to stop on the handlebar. Pedels on bikes make it go,you put your legs on the pedel and push it to make the wheel spin round.The seat is very soft on the bike, that's the important thing you need a seat for a bicyicle.A seat is really for siiting on it-not standing. Wheels are very handy,you can move the wheels anyway,there are 2 wheels on it.
