Anzac day was the day the Australian and New Zealand corps. That was the day our army of soldiers died to protect our beautiful country. Some people from New Zealand volunteered to protect this country we are living in.
The official dawn service on Anzac day was in 1927 in Sydney Centopah. Almost 8000 of New Zealand and Australian army corps died. The official Anzac day was help in April 25th 1916. Anzac day was not a public holiday till the beginning of 1921 on New Zealand and Australia. How ever it was not observed uniformly in all the States.

Poppies where the symbols for Anzac. The color red was called poppy plant it was the first to grow and bloom from the mud and blood.For another symbol for Anzac is the biscuit called "Oat Biscuit". It was the biscuit made homemade and was sent to the Australian and New Zealand.
This is some pictures of the army soldiers most of the people in this pictures was a hero to New Zealand. These graves have been the memory for the corps of the Australian and New Zealand army team.
