How to cook a rack of lamb

you will need:
1. a rack of lamb
2. skillet (if you do not have a skillet you can use a frying pan)
3. salt and pepper
4. 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
5. 2 tbsp of chopped parsely
6. 1/2 of a cup of bread crumbs

Method:

preheat the oven to 190 C mix bread crumbs with chopped parsely then season the rack of lamb with the salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the skillet/pan and quickly sear the lamb on both sides for 2 mins. remove from the skillet/pan and cover with dijon mustard then coat with the bread crumbs then place the rack of lamb back in the skillet/pan and then put it in the oven for 20 mins then take it out of the oven and let it rest for ten mins before serving it.
