EVERYTHING SHOULD NOT BE FREE ONCE A YEAR

I think every thing should not be free because what if a cold blood killer walked into a gun shop walked out with a ak47 in one hand and in the other a bag full of weapon's in the other and went on a rampage,that is not cool.The crime rate would go  up to about 90-95%  and that much crime across the world could take over the world if they joined forces.Every cop, guard and even a mall cop would need a gun and the public would be in the middle of every single fights between 'evil' and "good" that means the death rate would go up to about 90-95% destroying the human race.
