It was a tragic day on Saturday we lost to STC. We lost 27 to 29 but it was a very close game. Tiaki would of scored magnificent try but the STC ref said it was a knock on but someone kick it out off Tiaki's hand after he placed the ball on the ground. Then about 5 minute's later I scored a try from Tiaki's offload. We would of had them if we got all of our conversion over but we only got 1 out of 5. Taulaga would of scored a try but he fell short of the line. It was a good because a former Merrin school pupil played called Jakob he played an average game.
But the best try scored was by a winger shorty he scored from our 22. He ran around 7 people then scored but saying that he is a Canterbury sprinter. And then after about 10 minute's later he scored again. He scored by running down the touch line in there 22 (I wonder how people can run down the side line we people are trying to tackle you). But at least we lost with pride.
