The Monday Earthquake

On Monday there was a 5.9 then one hour later there was a 6.3.
I was at school playing with a ball from the sport shed then I ran to the field and ducked me head.
We had 10mins to play outside when they where checking the buildings. Then we went inside and got a science fair board from Mr. Barr. After that we learned about puberty ( we were learning about peer pressure) but then the earthquake happened and we went under our desks, it was frightening.
My sister was at the dentist at the time. Everyone went to the field slowly. I waited ten minutes until my Mum arivved and we went home and we waited for my Dad to come home. Hundreds of aftershooks followed after the 6.3, like I said - it was frightening .

My Grandma come to my house to check if we were alright. We watched tv since the power went on and saw that this was world-wide.
But me and my sister played on her i-pod it was fun when we played on the i-pod but not when the aftershooks happened. My dad rang us he said he has to stay at work it was boring.
